Job Title: Vice President of Regional Sales Leadership

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Regional Sales Leadership to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. This role will be responsible for leading our Regional Sales team in the East Coast region, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Develop the Regional Sales Team: Foster a high-performing team culture, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address gaps.
Requirements:
  • 15+ Years of Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving sales growth.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Experience: Experience working in the CPG industry, with a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
