Job Title: Area Vice President - Healthcare

Zones LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Vice President to lead our growing healthcare field sales team in the Eastern United States.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and quota attainment. The Area Vice President will develop strategies and market plans to grow our IT Professional and Managed Service offerings to new and existing buying accounts within the healthcare vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and day-to-day direction to healthcare field account executives, including pipeline and performance management, accurate CRM tracking and reporting, customer portfolio management, and driving individual sellers and the team towards assigned revenue growth and quota attainment.
  • Develop strategies and market plans to identify new and relevant product/service offerings within assigned territory, with a focus on growing our Zones' IT Professional and Managed Service offerings to new and existing buying accounts within the healthcare vertical.
  • Foster and empower a highly effective team, aligning efforts with business results via remote and in-person leadership strategies.
  • Develop meaningful business relationships with client prospects and business partners at the executive level to create awareness and understanding of brand and capabilities.
  • Apply knowledge of the technology resale and solution provider industry and market trends to identify key prospects, maximize industry partnerships, and attend various networking events to advance this aim.
Requirements:
  • BA in Business or a related field.
Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect an annual salary starting at $150,000 plus commission. Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates, and qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package adjusted based on applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
