Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales

At Homethrive, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in the caregiving support industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the caregiving support industry. Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in the caregiving support sector. Provide valuable insights to the executive team to enhance overall business strategy in the context of caregiving and elderly support.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the caregiving and healthcare community. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product strategies, emphasizing the unique needs of caregiving support.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the caregiving support industry to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales performance in the context of caregiving and eldercare.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive initiatives to maximize revenue and market share within the West Coast region, specifically focusing on expanding caregiving support services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the caregiving and eldercare space.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate and timely sales forecasts to support operational planning and financial goals, taking into account the unique aspects of the caregiving support market. Regularly report on sales performance to the executive leadership team, emphasizing the impact on caregiving services.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 4-8 years of experience. Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the caregiving support or related industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the caregiving support and eldercare sector with the ability to stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team in the context of caregiving services.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of caregiving support.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals, considering the specific challenges and opportunities within caregiving.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities, particularly within the caregiving and eldercare industry.
