Receivables Processing Specialist

The HR Team is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer interactions and ensure the smooth processing of sales orders. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate invoicing and customer payments while addressing any discrepancies that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to execute daily invoicing tasks.
- Examine posted invoices and implement necessary adjustments.
- Investigate invoicing and payment discrepancies, working closely with management.
- Draft communications for overdue accounts and initiate contact with delinquent customers.
- Generate reports detailing current account statuses and organize information systematically.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable.
- Manage documentation for accounts receivable efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in mathematics, analytical tasks, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and accounting software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
