University Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview:
North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a skilled Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support our client, a prominent financial services organization. This role is essential in enhancing the recruitment process for university candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributing assessments to prospective candidates, overseeing recruitment pipelines, facilitating candidate communications, and organizing interviews and phone screenings.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, assessments, and various recruitment-related activities with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate information, ensuring precision and timely updates within our recruitment systems.
- Assisting in the evaluation of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and fostering a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to create and execute effective campus recruitment strategies.
- Gathering and analyzing recruitment metrics, producing reports as necessary.
- Offering general administrative assistance to the recruitment team as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, human resources, or a related area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
Work Schedule: Onsite in a professional office environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
