Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the complete recruitment process within the Sales division. This position is focused on leveraging various sourcing methods, including career fairs, networking events, job platforms, and social media, to identify and attract top talent in a competitive landscape. The Specialist will innovate and implement effective strategies to ensure the organization secures the most qualified candidates, ultimately enhancing employee retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing leadership team to understand hiring requirements, analyze historical hiring patterns, and support initiatives that hiring managers wish to pursue.
- Devise and enhance recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Clarify job specifications and required competencies with hiring managers.
- Align candidate profiles with organizational staffing goals.
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and assessments to present the most suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews with sales management for both call center and field positions.
- Utilize various free job aggregation platforms, job boards, and digital recruitment tools to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Evaluate resumes and qualifications to assess candidate fit.
- Provide regular updates and constructive feedback to hiring managers.
- Develop staffing programs that align with corporate objectives.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including advertising, networking, and recruitment events.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory aspects of the recruitment process.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols; report any unsafe conditions.
- Perform additional related duties as required to meet organizational needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in sourcing candidates from major job boards.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all recruitment activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers.
- Adaptable to changes in the work environment.
- Follows instructions and responds positively to management direction.
- Interacts with candidates and colleagues with respect and professionalism.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Sets and achieves ambitious goals while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
The role may require lifting and moving items up to 10 pounds. Regular sitting is required while performing job duties. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is typically performed in a professional office setting with a moderate noise level. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers are regularly used.
