Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist for Food and Beverage is responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role collaborates with hiring managers at both the Corporate and Club levels to formulate and implement effective recruiting strategies, promote job openings, and utilize various recruiting channels to cultivate a robust talent pipeline. The specialist will identify, pre-screen, and assist in the selection and onboarding of exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Focus primarily on food and beverage recruitment at both corporate and club levels.
2. Provide sourcing, staffing, and recruitment support, including job postings, resume evaluations, candidate engagement, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters, and facilitating preliminary onboarding processes.
3. Develop and implement innovative Talent Acquisition strategies encompassing selection processes, assessments, candidate experiences, and employer branding.
4. Oversee the Talent Acquisition workflow, which includes profile creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and managing the offer process.
5. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to analyze metrics and prioritize hiring needs effectively.
6. Optimize the applicant tracking system to enhance recruitment efficiency while minimizing reliance on external agencies.
7. Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring new hires ramp up to productivity within 3 to 6 months based on defined career pathways.
8. Assist in the conception, execution, and management of targeted recruitment initiatives, such as job fairs and unique talent pipelines as necessary.
9. Promote an equitable and inclusive workplace that empowers all employees to reach their full potential.
10. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local legal requirements.


Qualifications:

Required:
- Must be located (or willing to relocate) to the designated area and available for onsite work.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 1 year focused on food and beverage roles.
- Proven experience in recruiting for various levels, including exempt, non-exempt, and executive positions.
- Preferred background in multi-unit clubs, restaurants, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including data reporting and synthesis to identify trends and formulate solutions.
- A blend of business acumen, high emotional intelligence, and robust interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulations at both state and federal levels.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor across all organizational levels.
- A collaborative team player who values a positive work environment.

Preferred:
- Familiarity with Workday and relevant recruitment/sourcing tools, as well as onboarding software.
- HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP).
