  • Support mobility devices, including Android, iOS, iPhone, and iPads.
  • Offer VIP support.
  • Image and re-image end-user systems on approved tickets.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of technical experience in desktop and technical support, service delivery.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, Microsoft Outlook, basic networking, Intune, MS Teams, and Azure.
  • Experience with ticket creation, categorization, prioritization, incident resolution, and ticket closure.
