Job Summary:

As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist at Zebra Technologies, you will play a key role in securing materials used in our operations. You will moderate supply requirements to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet demand requirements relative to forecasted levels, inventory on order and in transit from regional distribution centers, product life-cycle, quality and special customer requirements and/or projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and actively participate in the deployment of supply chain models within the region

Plan and develop long-range forecasts with an understanding of historical run rates, NPI and EOL life cycles, and alignment with corporate quarterly revenue goals

Monitor and maintain stable demand plans cognizant of minimal volatility to suppliers

Regularly review and adjust demand plans with internal stakeholders

Apply Zebra's procedures to resolve issues and mitigate constraints impacting supply plans, including capacity, transportation, and order-management errors

Monitor demand/supply alignment with global supply teams to ensure on-time deliveries

Escalate shortages within the broader supply chain organization and work to support resolution

Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communications with key cross-functional stakeholders to confirm production/shipping schedules

Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field preferred)

2+ years of experience within a supply chain environment

Preferred Qualifications:

International supply chain experience in service and/or manufacturing a plus

Oracle knowledge a plus

Ability to organize and prioritize work

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
