Job Overview

Are you an ambitious and results-driven individual with a proven history of surpassing targets? We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable real estate professional to develop into an acquisitions expert. Our organization provides our acquisitions team with the essential tools, innovative resources, and materials necessary for your success.

Compensation Structure:

$85,000 - $130,000+ based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate comparable properties, assess value, and analyze conditions through research, outreach, data collection, site visits, and market analysis
  • Oversee the sales process and document follow-ups by maintaining detailed records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Establish rapport with potential clients to address concerns and finalize agreements
  • Facilitate seamless transactions between buyers and sellers
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis on real estate trends, partnership models, and investment strategies, while preparing contracts, letters of intent, and other necessary documentation to secure sales
  • Follow up on leads
  • Engage in real estate sales activities
  • Implement database marketing campaigns
  • Generate new leads
  • Schedule appointments
  • Network with contractors and small-scale developers
  • Close sales effectively
  • Master sales scripts
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a strong drive and passion for real estate sales and be goal-oriented
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with excellent phone etiquette are essential
  • A valid real estate license is mandatory
  • Commission-based earning potential
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • Must reside within the greater Phoenix area
