This role requires a commercially savvy strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing a distributed team within established budget parameters. You'll have significant experience building customer relationships at executive levels and handling escalations, as well as domain knowledge of Mobile, Web, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Analytics.

The estimated salary for this position is between $201,000 - $223,780 per year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $300,000 - $334,000/year. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs).
