  • Process customer purchase orders in person and enter orders received through direct interactions.
  • Verify and confirm customer orders and delivery expectations.
  • Quote prices according to our uniform pricing strategy and current market pricing.
  • Track order exceptions and maintain as needed.
  • Provide sales support to Preferred Customers and deliver direct customer service to new and current customers.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales experience.
  • Leadership skills without formal authority.
  • Effective decision-making and interpersonal skills.
  • Delivering timely and accurate information to customers and internal business partners.
