Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kasai North America, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth of our business to meet company goals. This role requires strong customer relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships at multiple levels and locations.
  • Manage various accounts and day-to-day activities.
  • Support sales management in strategic planning, reporting, and implementation.
  • Provide quotations in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer expectations and relationships.
  • Expand revenue by introducing new products and customers.
  • Manage customer accounts to achieve department and company goals.
  • Maintain and manage pre/post production parts profitability.
  • Provide sales forecasts and history reports.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in customer-specific programs preferred.
  • Experience in interior/exterior trims and systems.
Work Environment

This role operates in an office and manufacturing environment, requiring frequent standing, walking, and use of standard office equipment. The noise level can be loud, and the employee may be required to work in hot temperatures.
