Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Act as a thought leader on internal and external talent landscape and strategic HR initiatives to drive the business forward and influence decisions.
  • Partner with Talent team to help identify core competencies and training needs across all business units.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and empower others to take ownership of problems.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience in a business partnering capacity with an emphasis on workforce planning, long-term vision planning, organization agility and optimization, and executive engagement.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
