Job Description: As a Compensation Administration Coordinator at MSCCN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes. This includes utilizing ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and related tasks, working with Accounting Software Systems to manage and update financial data, and collaborating with other departments to ensure payroll functions align with overall company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrating payroll functions accurately and according to set timelines
  • Utilizing ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and related tasks
  • Working with Accounting Software Systems to manage and update financial data
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all payroll activities
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving any discrepancies
  • Monitoring and verifying payroll transactions and reports for accuracy
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure payroll functions align with overall company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and guidelines
  • Conducting regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Functions
  • Familiarity with standard payroll practices and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred

Salary: $52,500 per year based on location and experience.
