City of Oxnard, CA is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $68,546.61 - $104,863.62 annually. The ideal candidate will have three years' experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our Police Department. Key responsibilities include transcribing dictated reports, supervising staff, reviewing data entry, and coordinating with vendors. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma supplemented by course work in record keeping or office automation
  • Three years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to type at a rate of at least 60 net words per minute
  • Possession of a valid class C California driver's license
