Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating employees;">
  • Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;">
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed in a timely manner;">
  • Coordinate job posts, review resumes, and perform reference checks for all positions;">
  • Process payroll operations, including recording hours of work, processing time records, and calculating payrolls in accordance with federal, state, and local laws;">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee participation in training and development programs;">
  • Analyze job duties and assist with processing employee grievances;">
  • Develop and administer health and safety programs, conduct safety inspections, and maintain accident records;">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;">
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field;">
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;">
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;">
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations;">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
