Office Operations Coordinator

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service support and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Help prepare Quotes and Proposals for new and ongoing projects.
- Prepare Job Change Orders for projects per the request of a Project Coordinator.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log of Quotes, Proposals, Change Orders, and Work Orders.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and professional development. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing administrative support, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have one (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably as a receptionist or administrative assistant, and possess language proficiency in Spanish, high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
