Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to effectively schedule and manage their support requirements.
  • Confirm service documentation and timesheets to guarantee precise billing and records.
  • Act as a vital member of our support team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering and automation specialists to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
  • Keep comprehensive records of support actions and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on precision and thoroughness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in a client support or coordination capacity is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is beneficial, but not essential.

Multi-Dimensional Integration is a rapidly expanding controls engineering firm with offices in Shrewsbury and Allentown, as well as a recent establishment in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
