Key Responsibilities:

As the primary administrative assistant for the Kay Bailey Hutchison Energy Center, you will provide operational support to multiple staff members, academic directors, and affiliated faculty. Your duties will include submitting and processing required UT documentation, utilizing existing UT procurement systems, and coordinating travel arrangements for faculty members and staff.

Event Coordination:

You will provide support and coordination for events hosted by McCombs centers, including planning, marketing, executing, and corresponding with staff and volunteers. This will involve managing multiple registrations, arranging facilities and catering, and coordinating travel arrangements for guests.

Database Management:

You will compile, update, and maintain email lists and contacts in UT databases, process contact reports for events and meetings, and assist in the management of KBH Energy Center and McCombs Energy Council membership dues.
