Program Management Levels I: Strategic Leadership

At Gray Analytics, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Levels I professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to improve security in the Cyber realm.
Key Responsibilities- Government Interface: Serve as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer, Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Government Technical Monitor.
- Work Standards and Scheduling: Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Proposal Development: Manage the development and preparation of proposals for the program and serve as the primary contact to respond.
- Scheduling and Budgeting: Determine the necessary schedules for proposal submittal, proposal preparation, pricing, and review the proposal for responsiveness to the program's requirements. Establish budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment, and supply needs for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Program Metrics and Reporting: Design, conduct, and/or facilitate the preparation of efficient and effective program metrics, other reports, and briefings as required.
- Level I Requirements: 10-15 years of experience and certification that satisfies the DoD 8570 IAT Level I requirement (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+, or SSCP).
- Level II Requirements: 16-20 years of experience and certification that satisfies the DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirement (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP).
- Level III Requirements: 21+ years of experience and certification that satisfies the DoD 8570 IAT Level III requirement (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP [or Associate], GCED, or GCIH).
An Active Secret Clearance is required in order to be considered.
