Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical and project management for assigned initiatives or significant phases of major projects by coordinating the efforts of designated technical personnel.
  • Organize project tasks and workloads in accordance with budgetary and scheduling parameters.
  • May manage the activities and personnel of a research or technical business unit.
  • Accountable for the overall performance of the unit within financial and scheduling constraints.
  • May identify and propose objectives and the scope of technical projects.

  • Establish budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment, and supply requirements for the designated area of responsibility.
  • Develop and coordinate contract deliverables and reporting documentation.
  • Prepare management plans and reports.
  • Guide team members in the completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order reviews, briefings, and presentations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients at a level typically achieved through relevant technical education.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess management experience alongside a relevant degree and extensive knowledge and experience in the assigned technical discipline or area of responsibility.
  • Typically, candidates will have significant knowledge and experience in the relevant technical field.
  • Level I Requirements:
    • 10-14 years of experience.
  • Level II Requirements:
    • 15-19 years of experience.
  • Level III Requirements:
    • 20-24 years of experience.
  • Level IV Requirements:
    • 25+ years of experience.

Security Clearance:

An Active Secret Clearance is a prerequisite for consideration.
