We are currently looking for a Acquisition Program Analyst to support our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist a team of acquisition professionals in managing the cost, schedule, and performance of a project office.
  • Facilitate coordination among multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across various organizations.
  • Support the drafting and management of requirements, system specifications, Statements of Work (SOWs), contract packages, presentations for senior leadership, cost estimates, acquisition strategies, and schedules.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between technical, business, contracting, and program management teams.
  • Maintain compliance with agency regulations, procedures, and sound management practices while optimizing staff utilization.
  • Collect data from diverse stakeholders and align inputs to develop a comprehensive program schedule.
  • Conduct schedule assessments to ensure proper structuring of timelines.
  • Perform critical path analysis to aid in program prioritization and decision-making.
  • Report project status to stakeholders and develop contingency plans as necessary.
  • Assist in creating standard operating procedures, SOWs, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries related to Earned Value (EV) and scheduling.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Extensive experience in Middle Tier Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Other Transaction Agreements.
  • Experience in Acquisition Documentation, including Milestone Decision Documents.
  • DAWIA Program Management Level III certification.
  • Proficient in developing Acquisition Strategies.
  • Knowledge of Acquisition Milestones and DoD Instruction.
  • Experience with complex weapon system development programs, particularly in Aviation or UAS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required for this position.
Education Requirements:
  • MBA with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • DAWIA Program Management Level III Certificate is mandatory.
