Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for the contractor with the Government's Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Technical Monitor.
  • Establish and uphold work standards, allocate contractor schedules, assess work discrepancies, oversee contractor personnel, and communicate the organization's policies, objectives, and goals to team members.
  • Oversee the creation and submission of proposals for the program and serve as the main point of contact for responses.
  • Determine necessary timelines for proposal submissions, preparation, pricing, and ensure proposals meet program requirements.
  • Set budgets, forecasts, and assess manpower, equipment, and supply needs for designated responsibilities.
  • Design, conduct, and/or facilitate the development of effective program metrics, reports, and briefings as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level I: 10-15 years of experience; certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level I requirements (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+, or SSCP).
  • Level II: 16-20 years of experience; certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP).
  • Level III: 21+ years of experience; certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level III requirements (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP [or Associate], GCED, or GCIH).

Security Clearance: An Active Secret Clearance is mandatory for consideration.
