Key Responsibilities:


The Patient Care Coordinator is tasked with facilitating the coordination of patient services among the physician's office, patients, and various hospital departments.

This role demands a commitment to outstanding customer service, requiring strong verbal and written communication abilities.

The coordinator must possess advanced computer skills, demonstrating the capability to manage multiple hospital system applications simultaneously.

Attention to detail is crucial in this position.

Additionally, the coordinator is expected to uphold a high level of accuracy while meeting departmental productivity standards.

Qualifications:
Completion of High School or equivalent

High School Completion Letter in lieu of Diploma

High School Graduate

Prior clerical or physician office experience

Minimum of 1 year experience with Epic/EMR

Basic understanding of Medical Terminology

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical call center environment

Excellent communication skills

Capability to multitask across various hospital platforms and applications

Ability to follow instructions, accept tasks, and perform repetitive duties

At least 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
