About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Lead to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and unlocking sales potential in our Jacksonville, FL territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in store accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Business Intelligence Analysis: Analyze business intelligence data to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Sales Execution: Execute sales plans and strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Marketing, Business, or Related Field: Preferred.
  • Access to a Personal Smartphone: Required for business use.
  • Fundamental Technology Skills: Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Learning Agility: Ability to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies.
  • Problem-Solving and Influencing Skills: Ability to analyze problems and influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
