Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives stellar customer service and is welcomed into the store. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, pricing merchandise, and blending and packaging product as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure each guest receives stellar customer service and is welcomed into the store.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels throughout the store, including on shelves, counters, and tables.
  • Merchandise Pricing: Price merchandise with labels, SKUs, prices, and locations.
  • Product Preparation: Blend and package product as necessary and where applicable.
  • Customer Support: Obtain merchandise requested by the customer, field customer questions, and establish rapport with customers to ensure their return and/or word of-mouth advertising.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain solid, accurate, and current product knowledge to adequately promote the product.
  • Store Appearance: Help maintain store appearance by contributing towards daily chores.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Math Skills: Ability to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following recipes.
