We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Part Time Retail Associate to join our team at The Cannabist Company. As a Retail Associate, you will play a critical role in providing quality medicine and excellent patient care experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and education to patients with medical cannabis needs
- Ensure patients receive the correct medicinal product that best benefits their medical condition
- Work closely and collaboratively with dispensing facility leadership and reports to the Retail Operations Manager and Retail Operations Supervisor
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist with inventory control and compliance
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
- Three years of experience in a retail operation, point of sales system, and use of Microsoft office programs
- Passion for handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance, and inventory control
- Excellent consulting skills and exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening
- Ability to detail and consistently follow up instructions as outlined
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to use hands to perform manual tasks and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance)
