We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive for Results: Establish clear expectations, hold store team and yourself accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Build High Performing Teams: Motivate and inspire store team, promoting a shared vision while modeling core values.
  • Customer Experience: Model, teach, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Talent: Support, implement, and provide follow-up for all training programs, seminars, etc.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
  • Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
  • Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
