Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Quality Management will work closely with the Chief Quality Officer and the Medical Director for Risk Management to oversee the operations of designated areas. This role encompasses the management of effective clinical service delivery, strategic planning, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate as a member of the executive leadership team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest level of service delivery throughout the organization.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at achieving clinical, operational, and financial objectives that align with the strategic vision and long-term goals of the organization.
  • Ensure that the interests of patients, communities, and staff are prioritized while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Promote the mission, vision, values, and culture of the organization through all actions and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in healthcare, nursing, business, or a related field is required; certification in Quality (CPHQ) is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare, including management roles in large hospital systems or operations.
  • Licensure as appropriate for the position.
