- Oversee a portfolio primarily composed of Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients, providing top-tier service to those with complex wealth management requirements.
- Maintain existing client relationships, attract new clientele, and drive growth as indicated by Assets Under Management (AUM), Wealth Management solutions, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with wealth specialists to present solutions that include banking, lending, and trust services.
- Employ a thorough consultative approach to evaluate, analyze, and identify suitable solutions to fulfill client needs based on the extensive offerings of Schwab's Wealth Management.
- Create tailored financial strategies for both prospective and current clients.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of assessing suitability and providing appropriate retirement income advice and distribution processes for clients in retirement.
- Showcase proficiency in enhancing client relationships, from initial engagement and discovery to securing commitment and delivering ongoing service.
- Possesses expertise in wealth management and investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and retirement plans; familiar with equity compensation plans, stock options, and annuities.
- Results-oriented, highly motivated self-starter with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for assisting clients in achieving their financial aspirations.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach and a commitment to attaining sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Wealth Management designation, such as Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS), CFA, or CFP, is strongly preferred.
- Professional designations/certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, MBA, CHFC, CPWA) are preferred.
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license is required.
- Active and valid Life & Health insurance license (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment).
- 7+ years of industry experience.
