Job Opportunity at Perspire Sauna Studio of Long Beach Exchange

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of our infrared sauna studio memberships and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
  • Reach out to leads using our customer relationship management (CRM) system with high-energy and enthusiasm
  • Promote the benefits of our infrared saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio membership
  • Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
  • Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
  • Administer studio tours for new guests
  • Answer all questions about our services and the facility
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, including the turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms
  • Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area
Requirements:
  • A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
  • A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
  • A verifiable history of excellent attendance
  • Evening and weekend availability
