Job Summary

The Sales and Service Representative is a key member of the 24 Hour Fitness team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    • Provide friendly and welcoming service to members and guests
    • Respond to member inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Upsell and cross-sell fitness services and products to members
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Meet or exceed sales targets for fitness services and products
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing members to drive retention and loyalty
    • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained club environment
    • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales and customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
