KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary duty of the Field Supervisor is to mentor and enhance the performance of Field Technicians through the company's continuous improvement strategies. The main focus areas include employee engagement and operational efficiency, achieved through adherence to safety, quality, and timely compliance standards. The Field Supervisor sets a positive example and actively supports field technicians through direct oversight to ensure that both company and client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clearly defining and communicating daily objectives and expectations to field technicians.
  • Encouraging technician engagement and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Conducting monthly Observations 360 assessments to uphold company standards.
  • Performing necessary investigations and reporting findings to the Area Manager.
  • Implementing corrective measures based on root cause analysis.
  • Advocating for corporate service standards and specifications.
  • Providing daily performance updates to the Area Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the utilities sector is preferred.
  • Prior managerial experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position with daytime hours.

Remote mobile office setup with equipment provided.

Availability for overtime and occasional weekends is required.
