Key Responsibilities:

The Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in mentoring and enhancing the performance of Field Technicians through the company's continuous improvement strategies. The primary focus areas include:

  • Fostering employee engagement and operational efficiency through adherence to safety, quality, and timely compliance.
  • Leading by example and providing hands-on support to field technicians to surpass both company and client expectations.
  • Clearly articulating daily objectives and expectations to field technicians to promote active participation.
  • Upholding company safety and quality standards by conducting monthly Observations 360 assessments.
  • Executing necessary investigations and reporting findings to the Area Manager.
  • Implementing corrective measures based on thorough root cause analysis.
  • Advocating for corporate service standards and specifications.
  • Reporting daily performance metrics to the Area Manager.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the utilities industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with daytime hours. A remote mobile office setup is provided, along with necessary equipment.

Availability for overtime and occasional weekends may be required.
