About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at LSPedia Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Connect: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to establish rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our solutions in a compelling manner.
  • Educate and Engage: Provide valuable insights and educational materials to clients, ensuring they are aware of the latest industry trends, compliance requirements, and product developments.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Hit Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, celebrating each success along the way.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay Ahead: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for growth and learning.
  • Lead Generation: Follow our lead generation process and sales stages meticulously.
  • Track and Organize: Maintain accurate records of activities and notes in our CRM system.
  • Resolve Issues: Address client inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Set Appointments: Arrange meetings for sales managers with potential clients.
  • Follow Up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to nurture and grow relationships.
  • Present Solutions: Provide and present sales materials to clients, showcasing our offerings.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, especially in the healthcare/pharmacy industry.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred with at least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
