Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative individual to oversee product training and knowledge dissemination for various stakeholders within the Stabilus Industrial Business Unit and external sales partners. The primary objective is to enhance product and application understanding among employees, new hires, partners, and customers through the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering product and market-specific knowledge regarding technically advanced products and applications to both internal and external audiences.
  • Designing and executing targeted training programs (digital, in-person, and blended) with thorough evaluation and documentation.
  • Developing training materials and documentation, continuously refining them based on product advancements and training needs.
  • Providing content support for digital learning resources, including web-based training, instructional videos, and animations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Head of Training to identify training requirements.
  • Assessing defined training KPIs and generating comprehensive reports.
  • Creating a strategic training plan for internal and external sales personnel, maintaining a training course schedule within our Learning Management System.
  • Conducting on-site and virtual training sessions according to the established training strategy and timetable.
  • Coordinating with the Event Coordinator to organize engaging events alongside on-site training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration is preferred, or a combination of relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience as a trainer for technically advanced products with a sales orientation.
  • Comprehensive product and market knowledge in industrial automation and handling, particularly in gripping and positioning systems, is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to conduct sales-focused training on technically advanced products.
  • Professional training certification is desirable.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial.
  • Independent and organized work approach.
  • Exceptional presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong target group orientation.
  • Creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Highly organized with a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office setting.

Accountability:

  • Responsible for adhering to all ACE Controls procedures and technical guidelines, as well as meeting customer requirements.

Physical Demands:
