Burden Construction & Landscape LLC is in search of a driven and skilled Sales Representative to contribute to our growth on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales, particularly within the realms of commercial landscaping, snow management, and residential services. Responsibilities will include identifying and securing new commercial and residential accounts, focusing on contracts for snow management, lawn maintenance, and landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and actively seek new commercial and residential sales opportunities, including snow management and landscaping services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and site visits to potential clients to evaluate their needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure ongoing and repeat business.
  • Close sales transactions and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Commercial Focus:

  • Target commercial clients, including property management firms, businesses, and homeowners associations, to secure contracts for lawn maintenance, landscaping, and snow management services.
  • Enhance the company's footprint in the commercial sector by identifying opportunities for large-scale projects.

Client Management:

  • Comprehend and address the unique needs of both commercial and residential clients, providing tailored service solutions.
  • Follow up with clients post-service delivery to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide insights to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for service expansion.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the office manager and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Commission-based compensation structure:
    • 10% commission on all new sales.
    • 5% commission on recurring sales.
    • 3% commission on recurring sales after the first renewal period.

Qualifications
