Position Overview

Salary: $65,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year

This is a full-time role focused on overseeing the Thrive by Five initiative, which aims to empower parents as their children's primary educators through the Parents as Teachers (PAT) model.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership (50%):

  • Oversee daily operations of the Thrive by Five program and staff.
  • Engage with community leaders to establish a PAT community council.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new personnel.
  • Build partnerships with community resources to enhance program delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration with other agencies to provide coordinated services for families.
  • Ensure compliance with PAT fidelity standards through reflective supervision.
  • Coordinate outreach initiatives to promote program participation.

Project Management (25%):

  • Support the planning and execution of community and family events.
  • Ensure adherence to national and state PAT guidelines.
  • Manage program logistics and maintain program documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery.

Data Oversight (25%):

  • Ensure accurate data collection and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity for families served.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to meet fidelity standards.

Additional Duties:

  • Promote a culture of privacy and security in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing self-reflection and cultural competence development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in early childhood education or related fields. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to cultural responsiveness and possess strong communication skills.
