invites applications for a .80 FTE (non-exempt) Global Programs Coordinator.

St. Kate's vision is to be respected globally for educating women who transform the world. The Global Studies office supports students in selecting study abroad programs that align with their interests, academic goals, and course timeline and offers continued support from the application phase through to the return to campus. The
Global Programs Coordinator
supports the development and management of Global Studies short-term courses and coordinates graduate student experiences abroad. Additionally, the position is responsible for Global Studies-related marketing, short-term program student registration and billing, and insurance enrollments.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordination of short-term programs . Works with Global Programs Administrator on program design, supports students from recruitment through re-entry phase.
  • Supports graduate students completing degree-related international experiences (e.g., MPH practicum and MPAS elective rotation), including vetting of placements for health and safety, on-campus student orientation, visa guidance, CISI enrollment, administration of student evaluations, and debriefs.
  • Coordinates financial processes for faculty-led programs including overseeing the course budgets, student billing, and payments to providers and outside vendors for services. Also coordinates other Global Studies - related payments.
  • Marketing and promotion of Global Studies activities and programs via social media, website, print materials, and campus events. Leads coordination of the annual Passport Day program. Assists in marketing of OSE-wide activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two (2) years work experience in program coordination
  • Demonstrated experience working with culturally diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Higher education work experience
  • Experience working with collaborators and/or partner organizations outside of the United States
  • Experience in healthcare education
