Job Summary

Radias Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Program Coordinator to support our Residential Support Services (RSS) program. This individual will work closely with the Program Director and Managers, Mental Health Counselors, and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Referral and Admission Process
    • Coordinate with case managers to facilitate the referral process for potential new residents.
    • Complete initial psycho-social interviews and track potential new residents on the waitlist.
  • Resident Management
    • Track new admissions, absences, and discharges of residents within the RSS Homes.
    • Complete resident discharge process in Credible and gather necessary clinical information to connect clients with community resources.
  • Client Support
    • Assist Program Director and Program Manager with client admission and discharge processes.
    • Develop clinically appropriate treatment plans and connect clients with necessary resources in the community.
  • Administrative Support
    • Attend agency meetings, trainings, and participate in clinically oriented groups as requested.
    • Participate in orientation and maintain and distribute orientation documents.
    • Train new employees on QuickBooks and provide assistance as needed.
  • HR Support
    • Enroll and train new employees in College of Direct Supports and ADP timeclock system.
    • Assist Human Resources Business Partners with recruitment and administrative tasks.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Collect necessary data and prepare checklists for RSS employee transfers and terminations.
    • Participate in the Safety Committee and organize supervision for RSS float and casual Mental Health Counselors.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field.
  • 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with Mental Illness or 2,000 hours of working in Residential Support Services program.
  • Excellent clerical and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office programs.
  • Experience with electronic health records.
