Position: Program Support Coordinator

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm)
  • Compensation: $24-$25/hr
  • Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities of the Program Support Coordinator:

  • Data Management: Conducts data entry tasks utilizing Microsoft Office applications. Responsible for entering Sales Orders, RMAs, and Quote Proposals within the MRP system and quoting software.
  • Resource Management: Oversees resource allocation and monitors task assignments through Asana, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provides support to Program Managers by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating necessary logistics. Manages correspondence and maintains documentation related to programs.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Participates in production and customer backlog meetings, accurately records meeting minutes, and disseminates them to appropriate stakeholders. Tracks action items and follows up on pending tasks.
  • Project Oversight: Tracks program progress and evaluates performance metrics. Updates and maintains project schedules, plans, and reports.
  • Communication Liaison: Acts as a primary contact between Program Managers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely information sharing. This includes regular updates to customers regarding overall program status.
  • Documentation Organization: Systematically organizes and maintains program documentation, including reports, presentations, and records, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.

Qualifications for the Program Support Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline, along with relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of related experience is required, preferably within the Electronics Manufacturing sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
