Compensation Range: $80,500 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to establish operational procedures, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical insights.
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of production, including the selection of manufacturing techniques, fabrication, and product design operations.
- Draft performance specifications for product development or engineering projects.
- Conduct research and evaluate customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other documentation to assess feasibility, costs, and maintenance needs.
- Assist in the structural design of products and provide constructive feedback to design engineers regarding customer challenges and requirements.
- Design testing apparatus and equipment, and develop testing procedures for products. Investigate equipment failures and recommend solutions to maintenance teams.
- Supervise installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets.
- Report any deviations from schedule and budget to management.
- Estimate costs and prepare bids for engineering, construction, or extraction projects, including contract documentation.
- Establish and coordinate maintenance and safety protocols, service schedules, and material supply requirements to maintain equipment in optimal condition.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting managing technically complex projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; other engineering disciplines will be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with MS Project software is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with valves and/or hydraulics is desirable.
