We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Coordinator to become part of our Structural Division. This role entails comprehensive administrative and technical oversight on various projects. The Senior Project Coordinator will strategize, direct, and synchronize engineering and scheduling efforts for assigned projects. Ideal candidates will possess 4-7 years of experience in managing structural projects, including but not limited to bridges, retaining walls, pump stations, foundations, and general reinforced concrete undertakings. Familiarity with project estimation is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee the field team in collaboration with the Division Manager and Estimator.
  • Define project goals in conjunction with the Division Manager.
  • Enforce established corporate policies and procedures, including EEO and Affirmative Action commitments.
  • Act as the company representative by establishing and maintaining communication with primary owner representatives.
  • Participate in weekly owner meetings.
  • Supervise and guide construction through administrative oversight of on-site superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all obligations.
  • Manage all project administration and contract documentation with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of contracts, including job cost reports, billing, budget adjustments, change orders, accounts payable processing, and collections.
  • Develop and implement project work plans, adjusting as necessary to accommodate evolving needs and requirements.
  • Identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Handle daily operational aspects of a project and its scope.
  • Review deliverables prepared by the team prior to submission to clients.
  • Effectively apply company methodologies and uphold project standards.
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance processes.
  • Mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure safety and quality control management.
  • Maintain accurate budget forecasting and management.
  • Oversee subcontractors and project team members.
  • Resolve issues related to labor disputes, material deliveries, and contract/subcontract administration.
  • Manage document control and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Establish baseline schedules and ensure the accuracy and integrity of project timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and relevant experience.

Experience Requirements

Proven expertise in the following areas:

Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000.

Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside of the local area on a case-by-case basis.
