  • People Management: Supervise and develop the skills of front office staff, ensuring that they receive the training and support they need to excel in their roles.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all front office operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the business implications of decisions and be able to make informed decisions that align with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • One to two years of experience in a front office management role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
