Job Title: Front Desk Manager

At Royal Plaza, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including managing budgets and records, checking office supplies, and performing duties as per the procedure.
  • Train and recruit new staff members, and manage shift schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness around the front desk area, and supervise staff to organize duties effectively.
  • Manage all bookings, take calls, and respond to emails to provide excellent customer service.
  • Create reports on performance and provide feedback to the general manager.
  • Keep records updated with current information and analyze performance to provide reviews for improvements.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Front Desk Manager in a reputable organization is necessary.
  • Knowledge of the industry and its practices, as well as good organization and management skills, are essential.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, including report writing, are required.
  • A good leader with training abilities is necessary to succeed in this role.
