* Previous call center experience (customer care, technical support, dispatching) is preferred.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

* Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to take initiative are essential.

* Ability to type 40WPM minimum is required.

* Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are necessary.

* Ability to make quality decisions and solve problems is critical.

* Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are required.

* Exceptional attendance and punctuality record is expected.

* Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Windows and Office, is necessary.

* High school or equivalent degree is required.
