Key Responsibilities
  • Provide over-the-phone support to mobile customers on a wide range of products and services, including accounts and billing, diagnostics, enhancements, and repairs.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Spectrum's mobile products and services to provide accurate and effective support.

Requirements

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience.
  • 6 months or more of working with multiple software applications.
  • 6 months or more of high-volume phone experience in a customer service/call center job.
