About the Role

Cedar Fair is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our Central Kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Central Kitchen, including production, packaging, and delivery of food products to various outlets within the park.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of related culinary experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; California Food Handler's Card; ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
