As Regional Director of STEM Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for our Boston expansion. This includes forging partnerships with local schools, educational organizations, and community stakeholders, as well as spearheading marketing and outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract families to the program.
You will also play a key role in recruiting, training, and managing a local team to ensure the delivery of high-quality STEM experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing operational budgets, P&L, and overseeing daily camp operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
We are seeking a highly organized and entrepreneurial individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program management or a related field. You should have a proven track record of leading or contributing to the expansion of a business or educational program, as well as experience working with local institutions.
